I served my time from 1977/1984 Started with 58 sqn at Catterick where i went straight to sunny Belize with the 40/70 Bofors Gun .went on to do two more tours there. then on to good old NI .From there went onto 18 sqn (Chinooks)down at RAF Odiham we were the FIRST rocks on Falkland Isl.we did some Anti aircraft on the MV Norland. From there i went to Credenhill where i finished my time.If theres anybody out there who knows me please get in touch ,all for now Len. |

I served on 16 sqn 85-86, HQ 4 WG 86-90 and then finally doing my last tour at 27 Sqn at sunny and beautiful Leuchars where I bought a house because I liked the area that much. I represented RAFG,Strike and RAF A at rugby and was known to everyone as "Bonesy ". Regiment Diving Association (ROCKSAC). It is open to any serving member
of the Regt or attached personnel to any Sqn. The aim is to introduce
the sport or develop current divers. The association is registerd with
the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC). There is an exped to Gibralter in Oct
for 12 divers, there are still places available. Next year we are
planning an exped to Assension Island. If anyone wants anymore gen on
the association then drop me an email. Hopefully in the not to distance
future the association will be oopen to ex Rocks. Remmember guys its
